Visitors to this website are tracked using cookies. We monitor site traffic and referrals via Google Analytics, but this does not store any personal data about the user.

If visitors to this website input personal information, for example name and phone number via the online application form, this information is forwarded by email to NEDCare’s Registered Manager in charge of recruitment. The information is not stored on the website, and nor is the information circulated within NEDCare beyond those required to contact the recipient.

If you have made an enquiry via the website, your email address will be passed on to the person(s) most relevant to your query so they can get in touch. If you have opted to subscribe to our email newsletter, your email address will be added to our Mailchimp database directly from the website.

We will not share your information with any third parties for marketing purposes. In the event that we are legally obligated to share information, for example when handling complaints or investigations, we will document our decision regarding the legal basis we have for sharing this information.

We will only send you marketing and fundraising communications by email, text and telephone if you have explicitly provided your prior consent. You may opt out of our marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the end of our marketing emails. If we would like to use information that you have given us (for example a quote about your experience of NEDCare) for promotional purposes, we will obtain written consent from you and specify exactly how and where this information will be used.

On our social media platforms, such as Facebook and Twitter, when you interact with us we may obtain information about you. The information we receive will depend on the privacy preferences you have set on the individual platforms.
